For years, the thought of building a custom home alluded many consumers. However today's building technology is making many people give more consideration. Home building science has introduced too many advances for many to comprehend. Introduction of GFCI for electrical delivery is such a safety related example. Second, the resale of homes without such certification will demonstrate disproportional appreciation.
